Brazil
Brazil is famous in the whole word for being the Mecca of kiteboarding, and more and more kiters are coming there to ride (including the top professional kiters who spend entire months there).
The windiest and most popular regions are:
the Céara region (around Fortaleza)
the Rio Grande Do Norte region (around Natal).
There are a multitude of different spots there. Some examples from South to North: Sao Miguel de Gostoso, Uruau, Cumbuco, Icarai, Jericoacoara, etc.
Brazil is an incredible country: the weather is nice and warm, the people are welcoming, the spots are set up in small fishing villages far from the big urban areas, the wind is incredibly consistent and regular.
The journey being quite long for people coming from USA or Europe, it is better to plan at least 1 week or 2 weeks on site.
Best season for kiting: from July to February with variations between the North and the South of Fortaleza.
Pros: Very good wind stats - User-friendliness - Lifestyle Cons: Long trip - Not a lot of things apart from kitesurfing for families
