How to get there
Just get to the airport, and go only straight on. Then you'll get there very simple. You have to go there with a car. Remember, take a 4x4, or else you will get stuck in the sand. Only in the high season (November until Easter) will you need to reserve a rental car. Drive all the way south and before the south tip drive eastwards.

The weather is perfect. Sun is always shining. You can easily wear only shorts and lycra shirt, but you can get burned very easily. Aruba is warm all year, 28-32°C. At night it doesn't cool down at all, it's only the sun missing, but the wind stays, so it can get a little chilly. You can count on some hotter days during the summer month (July-September). Aruba is mostly dry, even in the rainy season, the rain doesn't really last longer than 10 min. The water temperature is around 27°C, so forget your wetsuit.

Beach and Tide Conditions
Boca Grandi, Aruba is a
Chop, Small waves and Medium waves spot.
The
launching/landing area
is reported to be of
Medium size.
The beach is fine. Big enough to launch your kite. Unfortunately there some garbage, trash etc. on the beach from tourist. That's a shame, but it's soft sand. When you get there, go to the left side of the bay. There you can launch and land your kite.
The water is great. Some small waves coming in the bay, which is protected by a reef, on which waves are breaking. Not great waves, but good to go riding. Strong swimming skills are a must. Look out for the reefs in the water. Be aware of their position and keep distance, since they can get shallow and you can hit them.
