How to get there
From Orlando take 528 East. Drive all the way to its end in Cocoa Beach. Here get onto A1A South. Turn left onto N Atlantic Ave and turn right on Washington Ave. After a few blocks turn left onto Ridgewood Ave and see on the right side a bigger parking lot with signs Cherie Down Park. Free parking.

Winter: all directions, some gusty west winds on lagoon, and some great North and Northeast winds for the ocean. Spring: West, Northwest, North, Northeast and Southeast.
