A parking is available at Great Exuma / February Point, Bahamas.
It is a high end resort with very expensive homes. No public access. Don't use the main beach further north in the bigger bay, stay to the small bay all the way to the east of the resort. Windsurfers can also use the big bay in front of the homes.
