Guernsey / Ladies Bay, Channel Islands is a
Shallow, Flat, Chop and Small waves spot.
The
launching/landing area
is reported to be of
Tidal size.
No beach on high tide. Good space on low tide. There is a rigging area for windsurfers at the northern end of the car park. You can rig a kite, but walking to the water can get dangerous due to brambles and rocks on the path. During summer there is a buoyed channel at the car park end of the beach. The Environment Department asks all kiters to try and launch from this channel to stay away from beach goers, unless the prevailing conditions would make it more dangerous to do so than to launch from a different spot.
Flat to choppy water with shallow area. Best during coming high tide for nice, little ramps.
