Beach and Tide Conditions
La Gloria, Mexico is a Small waves and Medium waves spot.
The launching/landing area is reported to be of Medium size.
Gorgeous beach and surroundings. Arid conditions. Lots of room for launching and landing.
Great surf with good wind. Miles and miles of downwinders possible. Two major currents collide here producing fantastic surf and the wind can be quite good. Unreal surf and wave sail spot. Sand point. Top to bottom waves. Advanced intermediate to expert wave riders only. With bigger swells, the wave will close out or break too fast for most people. Shore break and near shore side current can be strong but once out in the take off zone, the drift decreases.
