Recommended to body drag on board the inner part of the lagoon. Recommended to wear shoes for starting and landing. During the ride You don't need. Start the kite in the water, also the helper should go some steps in the water. Act carefully.
It's a city spot ! Best time early morning, later afternoon. If too crowded ask for the local shuttle. In theory for every level
