How to get there
From Fortaleza drive to Paracuru, about 80 km. Drive through Paracuru and turn right at a 2 floor house, with dark wooden rail. Follow the stony street to a asphalt street. Take that road all the way (about 5min) down to a T-junction, where you can see the beach. Turn right and drive for about 2 min and see a sign and a dirt road which will take you to the beach. Or drive from Cumbuco on the beach with a buggy or 4x4.

Paracuru Kitebeach, Brazil is a
Shallow, Flat, Chop, Small waves and Medium waves spot.
The
launching/landing area
is reported to be of
Tidal size.
The beach is very big and nice white sand. Plenty space to launch kites at low tide, gets narrow on high tide. But to the left and right of the restaurant you will find lots of space.
Clean water. There's a reef out and in low tide creates a natural sea lagoon with almost perfect flat water, it's possible to ride the lagoon and head to the reef crossing it and enjoying waves as well. Nice waves, about 1-2m high. 10-15 flat water in between. The natural lagoon is shallow at many places. There is a fisher's net with wooden sticks downwind. Only at high tide you can't see it, so be careful. Also before the net there are corals (not sharp) so stay away from this area at low tide.
