How to get there
The only way is by boat. You need to go to the SW side of Castle Peak, via Tuen Mun, the name of the beach is Lung Whu Tan. You need to find the windsurf/kitesurf club and get hold of Hio Tim. Ho Tim has a boat and can get you out to the island for approx $150 return trip. It's worth it.

Small size.
Small, enough for 5 kites. Two beaches, one small with lots of rubbish, good for advanced launches. The second is big thin beach for intermediates. Not too many rocks (for HK).
