How to get there
From San Juan drive westwards to Isabela. From Isabela further west to Jobos. Drive about 5 minutes further West and ask for Shacks. About 2hrs drive from San Juan. No parking close by, park at the main street before getting into the very narrow street, hard to turn around.

The North Atlantic high generates the trade winds that blow during late spring and summer at a steady 12-18 knots.
