How to get there
Take 49 north from La Linea until you get to Puerto de Sotogrande. Here get to the beach just south of the harbor. Parking near chiringuito GiGi's. You can enter through the security points no problem.

The beach south of the port entrance is wide and spacious for launching and learning. Safe leeward beach area in drift zone. During summer, the launch area, next to the sailing club, is small and reduced due to plenty of beachgoers.
Flat, chop and small waves. To both sides you have wave breakers, who protect the harbor. Here clean gentle waves go around it. Look out for ships entering and leaving the harbour if kiting far out. Sandy beach on leeside of kiting zone. In summer, kiting is also allowed only outside the yellow markers (swimmers).
